SHIPPING POLICY

The price of products advertised on Petsville exclude delivery charges which are additional unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges will be presented to you during the checkout process and are applicable to deliveries to major centres. Deliveries to outlying areas, plots, hospitals, universities, shopping centres and other non residential type properties may incur additional delivery charges. Delivery charges are therefore subject to change and we reserve the right to re quote you on delivery. Should the delivery costs change, we will inform you and you will have the choice to either pay in the difference or cancel your order, in which case we will refund you in full.

We make use of reputable courier companies which ships door-to-door in South Africa. Most of our items exceeds the standard courier sizes therefore we make use Road Freight and it will take 3-5 working days to reach you. Deliveries take place in business hours only, so please take that in mind when selecting your delivery address.

CAPE TOWN ONLY areas within Cape Town, South Africa

Small items – R100 per item
Medium to Large items – R150 per item
Large to X-Large items – R250 per item

SOUTH AFRICA – areas within South Africa

Small Items – R150 per item
Medium Items – R300 per item
Large Items – R400 per item
X-Large Items – R500 per item

Some shipping areas fall outside of the main shipping areas and may incur additional shipping costs that cannot be calculated when you place your order. We will contact you before we process your order to discuss any of these additional charges which will have to be settled before we can ship your order. If you decide to cancel your order at this point, we will refund you in full within 24 hours. We require a physical address to ship to within South Africa and you will receive an email with the tracking details.

STOCK AND LEAD TIME

All items are made by hand and proudly manufactured in Western Cape. Each item is made to your specific requirement and has a lead time of 5-10 working days. You will be informed once the item is complete and ready for shipment.
 

PAYMENTS

We require full payment to reflect before we can process and ship your order. Currently we are only making use of EFT but we are busy expanding our payment options.
 

REFUND POLICY


We strive for the highest standards and quality. Each one of our products is specifically made to your needs and therefore we only accept returns on products that have manufacturing defects. If you would like to return an item due to a manufacturing defect, it should be within 7 days of purchase and it should be unused. Courier costs will be at your expense and refunds will only be transferred once the item has been received back and checked.
 

WARRANTEE

We offer a 6-month warrantee on workmanship and material if used as specified – indoor and under roof.
Wear and tear and misuse related damages will not be covered under this warrantee.
